  This complex is a complete joke. At first glance, it looks wonderful, but as you live here, you realize it's slowly falling apart. The week that I moved in, the ceiling was leaking near the window. There are not only random cracks in the wall, but you can see where the wall is folding in. The bathrooms have no ventilation, so there is mold growing in the bathtub and on the ceilings. The windows are not sealed properly, so during the winter the rooms are freezing and hot during the summer. The ONLY pro of living here is the location. I could go on forever, but please, save yourself the time and money and live somewhere else.

  My child's car got towed from her ASSIGNED parking spot because she forgot to hang her permit in her window. Apparently this is common practice and the towing companies can prowl around with no requirement to check if the car in the assigned spot is the tenants car. Cars can be heavily damaged when towed, her car was pulled in and is front wheel drive - do the math. Pierpont Place shouldn't even allow these jokers in their parking lots in the first place, protection of tenants property should be JOB 1. Shame on you for allowing this to happen so often (look at the reviews on Erwin's Towing Company....3 near the top are from Pierpont.
